Over the past four years at Monte Forte, I’ve had the opportunity to grow from Assistant Manager to Area Manager, a progression made possible by the trust and support I’ve received from the team. I’ve always enjoyed working closely with people, and being trusted to take on responsibilities and lead with from the front has been incredibly rewarding. Monte Forte has provided me with a platform to develop professionally and personally, and I’m excited to continue contributing to the success of the team.

Just over a year ago I started a new journey with Monte Forte, being part of a fast growing family run business is so refreshing and has given me the opportunity to grow and really use my skills and leadership in a whole new way. The culture and care in the company is second to none and this is shown from top to bottom. There's even more exciting times ahead and I do believe we are the best at what we do!

Working for Monte Forte for the past 4 years has been an incredible journey. Growing from just a Waitress to a Restaurant Manager, I’ve had the opportunity to watch myself, my team, and the business grow into a brand we’re all proud to be part of. I joined Monte Forte 6 months ago as Operations & Site Acquisitions Manager and I have been made to feel so welcome by everyone! It is great to work for a growing business, where you are a valued member of the team and there are lots of opportunities available as the company expands. I am helping to grow the business and acquire new sites, so this is a very exciting time for Monte Forte and it is great to be part of the journey! 

I have also recently completed a First Aid Mental Health course and become one of the Wellbeing Leads, offering a confidential and safe space to chat to any of our staff who are struggling with their mental health. Monte Forte care about their staff and their wellbeing, and it makes it another great reason to work for them!

Monte Forte has been my second home for 2 years and it has gone by so fast. I’ve met so many amazing people, and every moment has been nothing but fun. I started off as a Waitress at age 16, and since then they have given me the opportunity to gain confidence and leadership, leading to me becoming Assistant Manager. I received support throughout the whole process which has allowed me to grow inside, and outside of work. Monte Forte builds a close work relationship, allowing you to feel comfortable in your environment and speak openly. These past years at Monte Forte have been so enjoyable and I can’t wait for many more!

I joined Monte Forte, Farnham in December last year as a Supervisor and have since been promoted to Assistant Manager and most recently to Restaurant Manager. Monte Forte has given me the tools and opportunity to be the best person I can be in the role and the support from senior management is incredible.  I love the fact it’s fast paced and the owners care about every member of the team like we are one of the family.  This is by far the best job I’ve ever had and helps me continue to grow and develop. I can be flexible and still be able to spend time with friends and family, which is so rare in hospitality.

I have worked for Monte Forte for over 3 years as Operations Manager & Executive Assistant, supporting the restaurants through operations, payroll, and day-to-day administration. I love being part of this team—it's a genuinely positive environment with great people—and my role has allowed me to grow, take on new challenges, and build a wide range of skills. I’m proud to play a role in strengthening our operational systems and ensuring our teams have what they need to succeed.

I have recently taken on a new role within the company as one of the Wellbeing Leads offering support to all employees.

Over the past 4 and a half years, I have thoroughly enjoyed working at Monte Forte. Learning new skills, meeting new people, and making pizza in a variety of different locations has been a real highlight.

Having the opportunity to work with my friends in the kitchen creates a unique team morale whist producing top quality pizzas.

I started working a Monte Forte Horsham in 2024. They gave me all the confidence and support I've needed since joining. From being a waiter who wasn't sure what they were doing, they gave me the opportunity to start leading shifts and recently promoted me to Duty Manager, Dorking. This role has taught me so much about myself and my capabilities and how there is opportunity if you work hard enough. Monte Forte will always be a second home to me and I can't wait to see this amazing company continue to grow in the future.
