Planning a birthday, celebration, work get-together or festive party? You can hire our basement and make the space your own. It’s an intimate, relaxed setting. Private hire works on a minimum spend, so your budget goes towards the food and drinks enjoyed on the day. 1) Capacity

Our Farnham Site has a Different private spaces for Hire.

• STANDING room
  - From 30-50 guests
  - a smaller space for up to 20 guests
  - Book our outdoor space up to 30 guests
  

• SIT down - 2 areas available
  
  - Up to 45 guests (on 2 tables)
  - Up To 20 guests

2) Pricing - minimum Spends

Monday to Thursday
12pm - 4:30pm :From £250
5:30pm - CLOSE :From £500

Friday & Saturday
12pm - 4:30pm :From £300
5:30pm - CLOSE :From £900

Sunday
12pm - 4:30pm :From £300
5:30pm - CLOSE :From £750

all prices are subject to a minimum spend.
prices are subject to 10% service charge.

Full Restaurant Hire is available on a limited basis, for groups of up to 60ppl

TERMS

• We do not charge a booking or room hire fee for our Private Hires. All prices are based on a minimum spend.

• We offer a range of packages on a per person and group basis to fit your needs.

• To hire the venue there is a non-refundable deposit upon booking. An invoice will be sent to your chosen email.

• 2 weeks prior to your event the remaining balance is due. An invoice will be sent to your chosen email.

• A service charge of 10% will be added to each invoice.
