At Monte Forte, we’ve always believed that the heart of our business isn’t just the pizza, it’s the PEOPLE. And there are no better examples of that than our three longest-serving team members: Elin, Jess, and Jerry. Bearing in mind we only opened our first restaurant in Reigate 5 years ago - we are so proud to have these three members of the team with us still
Over the past five years, we’ve watched them grow, learn, and carve their own paths. From their first shifts in our restaurants to leaving for university and then returning during holidays, to joining the business in other ways, they’ve never really left the Monte Forte family
They’ve brought energy, laughter, and dedication to everything they do, and seeing them evolve both personally and professionally has been an absolute privilege

You may have noticed we were closed on Monday - as it was only right we took these legends out for the day for our belated Christmas celebrations 🥳🍕
Everyone worked incredibly hard last year, so we decided to go big or go home 😂 from Flight Club to Monte Forte Horsham’s basement, we had table tennis, foosball, a DJ, hired a bartender and got ourselves into debt with Nando’s! All worth it despite a few sore heads on Tuesday ✨🤘☺️
